Our Booking Policy
1. Making an enquiry is not the same as booking an appointment,
ONLY PAYMENT VALIDATES BOOKING.
2. Confirm a slot before making an appointment.
3. 50% “NON-REFUNDABLE” deposit is required to book a slot.
Should you cancel you forfeit the deposited 50%.
4. Please make instant payment (1st come 1st serve).
5. Send proof of payment with reference (your name and date).
6. You are required to make full payment before your make-up session starts.
7. Delay /lateness will in-cure an extra R200 penalty fee.
8. Delay/ lateness that passes 25 minutes, will automatically cancel the appointment.
9. An appointment will be cancelled if the time split into another client’s time slot.
10. If you need to reschedule, please notify us 24hours before your appointment unless it’s proven emergency.
11. Cancelling on the day of the appointment mean NO REFUND - rescheduling can be done 48hrs before your appointment.
12. Full Payment is required if booking is less than 24hrs.
13. ATM deposits, kindly add additional charges.
14. Settlement amount must reflect immediately to close off the slot after we done the gig (for wedding it should reflect before second day starts).
15. Kindly make sure your eyebrows are shaped and groomed prior to your
make-up appointment. An extra R30 will be charged for shaping.
16. Please arrive with a clean face (with no make-up) for your appointment.
17. Please note no kids are allowed in the make-up studio as they love to explore.
